1. Which countries do you deliver to?

Our products are currently available for delivery in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and selected overseas countries (e.g., the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.). 2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-15 days. International orders are expected to arrive within 15-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. You can view the shipping tracking information in your order details.

3. What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order hasn't arrived beyond the estimated delivery time, please first check if there is any irregularity in the shipping status. If the tracking information is stagnant or incorrect, please contact our customer service (via email or online chat) with your order number. We will assist you in following up.

4. Can I wear your scented beads if I have allergies?

Our scented beads are made from natural plant-based materials. However, if you have a sensitive constitution or known allergies (e.g., to honeysuckle or other specific substances), we recommend consulting our customer service to confirm the product materials beforehand.

5. Can I wear scented beads while swimming or showering?

Scented beads are crafted from natural fragrant powders and plant-based adhesives, not jade or metal. Prolonged immersion may cause the beads to absorb water, swell, and weaken the adhesive, leading to softening, deformation, or even disintegration. If they get wet accidentally, wipe them immediately with a cloth and let them air-dry in a cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.

7. Are natural incense or wellness products safe for pets?

 Some incense or essential oils may irritate the respiratory systems of pets, especially cats and dogs. We recommend using them in a well-ventilated area and avoiding direct exposure or inhalation of smoke by pets. If in doubt, consult a veterinarian first.

8. How to use natural incense and burners more safely?

 Always place incense on a fireproof burner or holder, away from flammable materials (e.g., curtains, paper), and ensure proper ventilation. Do not leave the room while incense is burning. Clean ash promptly after use, and keep burners out of reach of children and pets.

9. Do crystals need cleansing or maintenance?

 Natural crystals may accumulate energy over time. We recommend regular cleansing (e.g., moonlight exposure, running water rinse, sage smudging). Avoid prolonged sun exposure or impact, and store crystals of different hardness separately to prevent scratching.

10. Are there tips for using incense seal tools?

 When using an incense seal, gently press the incense powder evenly into the mold. Light it slowly from one end. Ensure the environment is draft-free to prevent the powder from scattering. For first-time use, refer to our video tutorial.

11. Are your products suitable for meditation or yoga?

Our incense, crystals, and other products are designed for wellness and healing purposes. They can help create a calming atmosphere to support meditation, yoga, or relaxation practices. Adjust usage duration and frequency based on your personal comfort.
